At Orangewood Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new instrument. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Guitar
Carefully repackage the instrument in its original shipping box and protective materials to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
