Every Orangewood guitar undergoes a rigorous inspection and professional setup by our technicians in Los Angeles, California, ensuring optimal playability and string height right out of the box.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve guitar enthusiasts globally in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your guitar, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a flat return shipping fee.
Does my guitar come with a gig bag or case?
Most of our guitar models include a premium padded gig bag at no extra cost to ensure your instrument is protected during travel and storage.
What payment methods do you accept?

How should I maintain and humidify my acoustic guitar?
To prevent wood cracking or warping, we recommend keeping your guitar in its gig bag with a humidification system when not in use, ideally maintaining a humidity level between 40% and 50%.
